    I think I like the challenge of the color picking a LOT more than actually making it. :lol: This may very well be my last one. I miss my floral log cabin blocks... and the half completed ones are sitting by my machine just waiting.

    I agree with the darker ones for a little more contrast.

    Barnbum, what is the name of that log cabin quilting book you mentioned yesterday, please. I've deleted the email, accidentally. The book had horses in barn doors depicted. I wrote the name of the book down and gave it to my husband when he went to the closing of a Borders near us. He lost the slip of paper.
    (I still love him.)

    I can't help you with your current project, as I've never tackled anything that intricate.

    None of my darker florals say Spring! or Summer! They say late Fall. And that's not what I want the song to be. :wink:
