    I personally would not add the trim as I think it takes away from the pretty fabric.

    Honestly, save the trim for another purse. The trim is beautiful, but isn't focused on enough with these prints, too busy.

    I think it's a good idea but the wrong color. I would save this trim for a pink bag.

    Take the bag to LQS and audition some other trims, maybe in a blue tone.

    NICE BAG EVEN WITHOUT THE TRIM!

    I think it works. I love the other things on the pocket.

    The final test is do you like it. Get six to eight feet away and squint at it. That is a good test.

    i would like it a lot better if it went fully behind the square with the heart in it. i think without the trim at the top, the square would look out of balance and lonesome.
