    Default Never say never

I have always said that I would never put a white binding on a quilt, but I did on this one, and I think it really works!

My quilt inspector, Hot Rod, and I auditioned several fabrics for the binding...as I had wanted to use a purple originally...but we both decided the white fabric just insisted on being used.

The pattern is Square in a Square from a video from Missouri Star. I didn't use the precuts like Jenny did, as I preferred to use fabric from my stash.

Here is what Hot Rod and I came up with. (This quilt is for me, and I will just try to keep the white binding off the floor!!)

Beautiful quilt, the binding sets it off perfectly, excellent choice. Hotrod is quite handsome and looks o have claimed it for himself.

I think it looks fantastic and it's also a great name for the quilt!
