    Just wanted to let everyone know that these pictures don't do the quilt justice. I've seen it up close and it's a beauty! The quilted feathers look great as well. :thumbup:

    Oh my gosh! That is so very cool that you taught your mother to quilt, instead of the other way around. It was fun learning about this, it made me laugh.
    You girls are really doing a fine job both of you learning so recently and making such a fine quilt. Big Kudos to you both.

    Gosh! What a pretty quilt! I love the dark/light way it makes the squares form their own design...good job!
