    Default A new Baby-Quilt

I was asked to sew a quilt for a new born baby and as usual I asked for something old owned by the parents: this time I got a little old pillow case which belonged to the mother of the baby!

I took some bright fabrics and this is the quilt:

I put the name on it and for the backside I used "kuscheligen" fleece!

To keep this quilt cuddly I don't quilt too much! And there was enough fabric for a tiny little pillow!

Awe, the quilt and the pillow are both just adorable! That's a really neat idea, to include something that used to be theirs, love it!

I really like your quilt -- so colorful! The fleece on the back looks very snuggly. I have a question, though. When you use fleece for the backing, do you put any batting in the quilt?
