I found a video on youtube showing her doing the block but there are not directions on size to cut. But here's the video if you want to peek at it. I'm going to have to find a pattern for this, I really want to try it. Thanks for sharing this block.

In a nutshell (for 1 block only):
1 each - 7" background square and a 5 1/2" foreground square for the flying geese.
4 each - 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" rectangles (foreground color)
2 each - 11" x 2 1/2" strips (background color)
1 each - 11" x 2 1/2" strip (foreground color)
1 each - 11" x 2 1/2" strip (complementary / contrast color)
1 each - 4 1/2" square (background color)

These are only the measurements, I assume that having watched the video, you know how to assemble them. :) Hope this helps. :)

I like your choice of color. This quatrefoil pattern looks do-able. However, do you have that template she used for this pattern? I'm interested in making it, but don't have the template.
