    In a nutshell (for 1 block only):
    1 each - 7" background square and a 5 1/2" foreground square for the flying geese.
    4 each - 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" rectangles (foreground color)
    2 each - 11" x 2 1/2" strips (background color)
    1 each - 11" x 2 1/2" strip (foreground color)
    1 each - 11" x 2 1/2" strip (complementary / contrast color)
    1 each - 4 1/2" square (background color)

    These are only the measurements, I assume that having watched the video, you know how to assemble them. :) Hope this helps. :)
    Thanks for listing those. I'm going to ccp them to word so I can copy it. I will have to watch the video again, because onec was not enough.
