    I love this. I am not sure wait the difference is between mile a minute and a crumb quilt - maybe someone could tell me.

    How have you done the circle? Is it bond a webbed on, or gathered over card and appliquéd on? I really like this idea and have itchy toes and fingers to try one!

    I made the circles in reverse applique so they come out almost perfect and lay real flat. Make sure you use a tear away stablizer so it will not ripple when you do the satin stitching.

    Mile a minute and crumbs are basicly the same idea just slighly different starting points (IMHO). MaM uses the small pieces sewn to a long strip then they are cut apart.

    Crumbs are the small pieces are sewn together and then as the piece gets bigger you start adding longer strips.

    This gets me to thinking about borrowing my friend's Accucut Go and the Drunkards path die and play with it this way...I have several crumb blocks made up..another cool way to place them together.
