This is a model 15, but they came in electric and treadle, and the electrics came in gear-driven potted motors (15-91) and belt driven mounted motors (15-90). I can't see the back so I can't tell if there is or was a motor, or what's going on. Maybe just the base plate on the right needs to be changed out to one for a treadle (with two holes...) I also don't see a treadle belt connected to the irons below... Hope you get it up and running! The 15s are wonderful machines.
