I use those black clips from office supply or Walmart. The very smallest you can find. I cannot remember what they are called. They have kind of a triangle barrel and you open them by long silver things and and then you cac flip the silver things flat until ou get to that clip. The might be called bulldog clips. I have also used hair clips. Neither are quite as bulky as the clothes pins. The are both pretty cheap too.
