    Yhe quilt is going to be beautiful. As for the layout it depends on the size of the blocks and the borders. I usually decided how large I want the finished quilt to be and go from there. You are going a great job.

    I love that fabric, great work. I don't think I would use a border around each block, they blend so well together like they are. The way they are now , there is another pattern going on, with the large x between the two blocks. The number of blocks per row would depend on how large you want our quilt. Lovely colors. You are doing WELL keep us posted and keep up the good work. What pattern is that? Lucky Mom.

    Thank you all for your great comments. As for the Jelly roll I used I got it at a quilt shop in Niagara Falls NY it's by Blank Fabrics and it's called Florets. As for the pattern I used a book called Jelly Roll Quilts and the pattern is called Garden Trellis.

    Great pattern and choice of colours! We are going to Niagara next Saturday! may have to look out for some of this fabric it is my kind of colour range
