Default new linus top with donated fabric from Kathy

Kathy generously sent me this adorable baseball fabric scraps (and some quite large pieces). I could hardly wait so first thing this morning I sat at the machine and starting making this wonderful quilt. I even have enough scraps left to make several squares for my 'crumb' quilts. Thanks again to Kathy for helping the Linus Connection in central Texas.
The 2nd picture is our adorable 4th grandson who "helped" grandma sew this top for Linus. This was his 2nd time to help sew. He is anxiously awaiting the day when he can go 'fast' on the machine. I got the fabric at a garage sale and paid $1.00 for about 10 yds of fabric. I was thrilled, needles to say.

How cool. I like that these fabrics are for older kids.

What a great quilt. It will make some child so happy. Your grandson looks like he had fun helping you.
