Great fabrics

I planned to use the horizontal stocking/bird house fabric as a border, I thought maybe a pinwheel in each corner (each one different, then the more solid red border around the outside of that. I would love to have some suggestions for the inner/ middle section, the poinsettia is louder in person, I was thinking of using that in the middle when I bought the fabric, but now I'm trying to think of a way to use it. Maybe log cabins in the center, I only bought 1/2 yard of the tan, and 1 yard of the others
