    That is so weird, my husband has a blanket that looks just like that. His grandmother made it for him when he was a kid, it's got all kinds of satin and velvet in it, patchwork like that. It must have been a popular style back in the early 60's.

    Hi from Ohio! Love your quilt. I agree that someone must have made it from fabrics of a loved one. It's beautiful, however it got here!
