    Couldn't resist! You did ask......

    Have you seen the Star Point Block? It is my new EBook and it introduces this method of cutting an angle and sewing fabrics together and then cutting out a "block". This is what makes the illusion work. It is an easy piecing shortcut.

    If you check out the star point you will get an idea of what it takes to do the next block. The wings block has a couple more steps but it is the same type of block.

    This doesn't show the curve effect but it does show how to make the "Star Point block"
