    Lovely quilt! Glad you told us the pic was taken in summer --- I was going to be very upset if your area is that lush and green this time of the year, and here we are freezing our derriere's off here in Oregon.... : )

    I made a grey quilt with large HST. I used the method where you sew two seams down the center of a square on the diagonal and cut into two HST squares. You need to iron carefully but I got very little stretch. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...e-t207856.html

    My thoughts exactly!!! Yikes it's freezing here in Michigan. Double take as the grass and bricks almost looks like my front yard in the summer. The quilt is lovely and the colors are great.
