I wish MY first quilts were that attractive and well made! I truly struggled at first and ended up throwing 2 or 3 not-quite-finished quilts in the trash can. It's great that you have a "teacher" near you if you need some help. What you've done so far is really good. Keep em' coming!

Your work is great! One of my best quilt students was a retired carpenter. His points were incredible and every corner was square. He wasn't afraid of color, either. Congrats and keep at it. Isn't it fun!?

Welcome from N. Atlanta! Your quilts are great examples of modern, contemporary quilts with such clean strong graphic qualities. So glad to see you working with this art form. My husband would be fantastic at this, if only I can lure him away from his other hobbies!

Looks to me, you are off to a great start. Keep up the good work! My husband supports my quilting habit, but he is afraid to use the sewing machine, the needle moves too fast.
