New wonky/scrappy flimsy
This was a fun quilt top to make. I sewed over 300 , 4 inch sqs, using out of my scraps. I have made several other things with them.
I saw a quilt block that inspired me to put 4 of these blocks together and this is what I got. The sashing fabric I have had for years. It is as wide as this quilt. It is a blue tiny checked shirting. The orange,is new, has tiny pumpkins on it . Just in time for a fall quilt. I have a lot of the shirting and will use it for backing.I think I will use a navy for the binding. I see a mistake but am going to leave it. The bottom row, blocks, is oppositeof the other rows. Too bad it is what it is. judy j

It looks so homey, so comfy, perfect thing to grab to take the chill off a fall night. But let's not rush the chilly weather! I feel like I've just started to thaw out from last winter. Anyway, what a great way to use your scraps. The grey is ideal for the sashing.
