Default New York Beauty/Work in progress!

I took this class Sept./Oct. Wanted to learn paper piecing! Loved the class! Some of these blocks are taking me 2 hours! I got to put it away and star on GS Christmas blankets! Hope to finish by 1st part of next year if I don't forget how to do it! Colors are much prettier than picture looks.

Stunning! You've got a great assortment of fabrics. The blocks are really interesting. Good luck with finishing.

I love all New York Beauty quilts. The never ending movement and fabrics in yours are wonderful. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished quilt.

IMHO, the NYB blocks are one of the best ways to get into paper piecing. I look forward to seeing where you go from this point.

I always love the New York Beauty blocks because they offer so much color opportunity as well as paper piecing skills. I really like the colors you have used. That combination just really stands out to me. It is dramatic! Keep up the great work and show us your progress.

One of my favorite blocks of all time, but eeeek, paper-piecing! I admire you! It's beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
