    Congrats on your first quilt. Your technique will improve with time. Continue working with patterns, don't rush and tell hubby you appreciate his support. My hubby loves everything I make even when I can spot all the boo boos too.

    You did good and I am very proud of your perserverance. By the way, the colors compliment each other and it works well.

    I have put this pattern aside on my to do list because I love country/Western, and that theme is almost always manly enough for my veterans <wave>
