    I bought this pattern and kit 2 years ago and have been afraid to tackle it.
    I recently saw that someone here on the board had done one , so when I finished all my christmas quilts I was ready to give it a shot.

    The diamond shapes are easy to do when you use the strip piecing technique. I use a disappearing marking pen to mark my seam junctions and pin carefully when sewing the diamond strips together into the large diamonds. It results in good clean corners and points. Your center is lovely.

    It's going to be absolutely gorgeous! I'm glad you pulled it out to work on again. This Quilting Board can be amazing for inspiration! :thumbup:
