    That is so sweet! You do such great applique!

    I have been thinking a lot about baby quilts lately (wishing I might be a Grandma some day) and this is a really nice one!

    The little ark's are fussy cut out of a fat quarter Red, I tried to make each one look a little different by cutting the waves in various ways and adding extra, as the original fabric overlapped the arks...did I mention I like fiddly work?? :lol:

    Shem: I don't have any of the spotty red left...I have no bright reds at the moment....so it might have to wait, or I was thinking about another pieced border in possibly green and yellow...not sure... :D

    Mama, I think it will be a few years before I get a grandbaby...can't wait :wink: :D :D

    I love the panel and the first border sets it off great. What a great idea to use the boats. I can't wait to see the rest.
