Not a quilt...A beach bag instead
Just finished this yesterday for my DIL birthday...ship loves flip flops. Today in So. Cal. we are having rain...much needed rain..and I am starting a new quilt today and LOVING it! I can hear the pitter patter on the windows and it makes me want to sew all day.

Sooo cute! Totes are so much fun to make and of course use! I just finished my selvage bag and I'm so excited to take it with me to work today! Your DIL is going to love it! Your tote turned out soooooo cute!!!!
Those are my best sewing days when its raining! Don't feel the least bit guilty of doing nothing but sewing! You would think we get a lot of sewing done here in Oregon!
