    I LOVE catfish. Rolled in seasoned corn meal and fried in bacon or sausage grease...and with a few hushpuppies...oh, yummmy!!

    That's what we had on 4th July a big dinner with loads of food salads,huge grill of fried potatoes,corn on the cob on the grill & lots lots of desserts. The catfish was cooked in large fish fryers /hushpuppie/yellow & zucchini squash also. Great dinner for everyone w/about 20 cooks all kinds of side sides.
