    Your quilt reminded me of something I saw once on an old map. In the areas that were still unknown to the map makers of the day, were printed these words "Here there be Dragons". I guess they thought if they did not know what was there, it must be where dragons live. It would be a great name for your quilt "Here There Be Dragons" IMHO :thumbup:

    Beautiful quilt. I can't believe how many different color ways that material came in. Great choice of starter fabric. you did a wonderful job.

    Love how that came out! Your arrangement is superb!

    You did say you still have a piece with the dragon intact? That would be even more awesome to puffy applique the dragon over the border so the red section becomes his flames...And I'm one who does not 'do applique'.
