    I purchased 5 yards of this fabric and used about 3.75 yards for the blocks, I used a 45 degree ruler and cut 5 inch triangles. The fabric is about 10 years old and purchased from Joann’s when I first started quilting. I have a similar fabric in red and cream that I will use for another one like this, they are addicting to make!

    wow, beautiful fabric. You have inspired me to try this because I have a similar style fabric that I don't know what I'd use it for otherwise, except maybe a backing. thanks
