Could you post a pic of the fabric for the second one? I love the swirls it's making. Funny what you said about counting repeats -I was at a show a while back, with some Asian chrysanthemum fabric rolled partly off the bolt, working my finger down the length to judge the repeat and two ladies walked past, one nudged the other, pointed at me and whispered 'stack n whack!' :lol: Lucky I know it's not a new form of insult! :mrgreen:

Thank you! That is beautiful fabric - I love these more monochrome ones where the pattern becomes more important than the colours - like your first (paisley) one. More challenging in many ways to the quilter but VERY striking when they work. It's interesting how the brownish parts are playing such an important part in the hexes as well whereas they're more insignificant in the fabric. Sorry to ramble on - I find this so fascinating! Fun isn't it? LOL
