    Very nice. I they made from regular 100% cotton? For some reason they look heavier. What did you use for batting?

    Thank you everyone. I hope she gets them today and likes them as much as you all do.

    Diana, the OBW's are not anywhere as hard as they look. The book is so easy to follow and doesn't skip any details. I highly recommend it.

    This Mom, I used 2 layers of insulated batting. It said use 1 layer with a layer of regular batting but I didn't follow the directions. :roll: One of my downfalls. So that's probably why they look so heavy. They are pretty stiff but I bet the hold up a long time! LOL
