    I think you did an amazing job getting all that in a quilt! God bless you for doing this for him.....bet it cheers him up!

    Thank you all so much for the compliments and the encouragement. The solid green was a twill and a bear to work with, but I really loved doing this one.

    I think you did an awesome job of combining things that are personal to him and what a nice tribute. Great job! You may become very busy if other retired vets see this work of art!!
