Default Off We Go

Sometimes it just isn't your day to quilt no matter how much you want to finish what's on the frame. Breaking thread, broken needle, lack of true concentration, the meander has a few points instead of round smooth curves, and your seam ripper becomes your nest friend again! All of these happened on this quilt for Project Linus. I had to take several long breaks to go walk the dog and have a talk with myself before I could finish this. But it's done and I'm sure a child won't notice the "oopsie's".....fingers are crossed anyway!! This is "Off We Go" by Laura Stone for Studioefabrics.

It's a darling quilt. It will make someone very happy. Sorry for all the trouble you had quilting it.

How kind of you to make this for Project Linus. I’m sure it will be treasured for years to come.
