    Oh Roberta, It is a lovely quilt! You did a wonderful job! It's amazing that you had all of that in your scraps/stash! They all go together so well! What a fabulous gift you are giving..and a generous heart to let go of it so easily! Did you sew that on your new sewing machine *wink*

    Thanks to all who posted the compliments and encouragement! I feel so honored you like it. Monica doesn't know she is getting it yet. My sweet aunt saw my pictures of it and said she would like it for Monica if it were not spoken for already. Monica is a paraplegic who is a single mom and is graduating from accounting school, and has a wonderful outlook on life, never complains and is so loved and respected by all. She happens to love quilts and now she will have one all her own! I am so happy to do this, and so pleased it turned out nicely, and that all of you were so kind with your praise. I am encouraged to keep trying. Bless you each and all.
