Ohio Star quilt
#22
I'm wondering if I'm looking at two quilts. Yes, every time the quilt is folded over I see red binding against the white. But in the first picture, there is white binding against a red quilt; in the second picture it looks like red on red, and in the third picture there is red binding against white which surely seems like the front of the quilt. Look at the top left corner of the picture, not the folded over part. Can you see why I would like to see a picture of the whole quilt? LOL
you can see it in the 2nd & 3rd picture.
Both, the hand-guided is with a Lazar light.

I am new to this board, and to quilting. I hope this is the right place to ask for help! I am trying to make my second quilt. The pattern is Ohio Star, but I am having trouble getting the pieces to line up. I am using a quarter inch seam. Am I right in thinking that I need to make the points on the stars by sewing two squares crosswise and cutting them apart, opening the new square and sewing the squares in rows to form the pattern?
