love your quilt! I'm not an expert by any means, but first thing that came to mind was maybe a 2 inch white inner border, and then if you have enough fabric left, piano keys around for outer border mingled with 4 patch.

The red/maroon is speaking to me .........and then maybe a floral with many of the colors for a second wider binding ? I found many times need my lap quilts wider than suggested for total snuggling ! Can't wait to see what you decide !! Want to add that it would be a large floral .

I think I would love to see one of those plaids for an outer border. I see a pinkish plaid and another one that is aqua color. Maybe an inner narrow border out of that dark red in the quilt. Very nice quilt...love the pattern.
