Your quilt is stunning!! I can see why it was chosen. Wish I could come to the Quilt Show. I was born in Des Moines and raised in Urbandale. Long time since I have come home. Good luck in the show, please keep us posted on results.

Love your use of of the various texture techniques! that ruched ( not sure I spelled correctly) border is perfection for this quilt. Congrats on being excepted, it really is something to be proud of. Wish I could see it in person, but would have a really hard time keeping my hands off. I would just want to touch all that texture.

Your quilt is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I especially love that you've put all the different techniques into the quilt, and with the embroidery and color selections it all just comes together into a magnificent quilt. You should be very proud!

Ditto. Trying to think of words to do it justice and this word is as good as anything. You have reason to be shouting from the rooftops. What talent you have! I bow down to you. Congratulations on being chosen for the show. Hope you do win something. You are a winner in my book. BrendaK
