I see it now I thought the foot was two seperate pieces one on top of the other which is why I thought ruffler oops :-)

I have a roller foot similar to #5. I bought it years ago when I needed to sew some vinyl or leather...it was supposed to help feed it through and not stick so much. Can't remember now how effective it was...lol

One is a quide for quilting parallel lines
Two is a seam guide
Three is for holding the button while you sew it on
Eight covers the feed dogs
Five in the second photo with the roller is for leather

I believe #5 is a foot for working on velvet so that it doesn't crush it. My Mom's Viking has one and I think that is the one she used.

#1 can't see that well but I would say its an adjustable presser foot used for quilting
