These are addicting....and not to bad to make.....once you make one...you learn the tricks to do it a little easier....the Pittsburg fabric and the Black and beige fabric I had to quilt it so it took longer.....the brown and pink/blue I got at Wal Mart and the price wasn't that bad.....but when I checked out the quilted fabric at Jo Ann's I about died.....so hence the reason for quilting my own....either way the cost is probably the same....but I had one friend that wanted the Pittsburg bag so I had to find the fabric and then quilt it....came out okay....:-)

Thanks for all the nice words .....and taking the time to look and make a comment I appreciate it!!.....:-)

These are beautiful! Okay, it looks like I am going to have to break down and make one. Ladies, you make them so quickly that the pattern must be simple to sew. I bought this pattern early in the summer and have looked at it and looked at it. I am apprehensive because I am not a "sewer". I make quilts but do no other type of sewing, so I tend to shy away from sewing other items or intricate quilt making; i.e., applique.

You've been busy and they are really nice, good work. yes this bags are really addictive, I will start my collection soon as I'm preparing for an exposition next summer and next fall, so I have to be productive. In total I make at least 10 in different colors and from there I take orders with a choice of colors only, not on the prints as it's too difficult to accomodate everybody's wish.
Last month I agreed to make one in beige/brown checkers, believe me, I found all colors except this one, I finally found some at 1 1/2 hour from my place, good thing I have a dear friend to mail it for me. I got my lesson, no more choice of print, only color shades
