Really beautiful! I like the idea of the applique. And the colored blocks really lift the pattern. Great job!

There is not enough time left in my life to do all of the quilts I see on this board that I would to make. Its hard to choose a pattern that I really want to do. This one just moved itself to the top of the list.

Thank you ladies for your kind comments. My son loves this quilt. He doesn't usually want/really like any of the ones I make except for this one so now.........to find another he will like. Traditional he does not like so I am on the hunt for something - not sure what though.
