Since I am heading out to see the grandbabies in less than 2 weeks, I am hustling my butt to get quilts finished for them. The "FO" is for Tristen. I finished it last week. (Just need to make the label.) Alora's was only started this past weekend. The centre of the top is done, and the first border of stars cut out. The second border will be the plain pink that is in some of the blocks. Binding will be the stars. The back is a piece of flanellette with Winnie the Pooh characters. I'll post pix of Alora's when it is done.

I will take pix with the kids when I give the quilts to them.

Great Job on both of them ! Love the way you have the stripes all in different angles on the pink one :thumbup:

Both baby quilts are so cute! I can't wait to see pics with babies and quilts!! Enjoy your new grandbabies!! I get a new one tomorrow, #7!! How cool is that?

Thankyou all for looking and boosting my self confidence!!!! dkabasketlady....the grands have just turned 5 and 3, so not so little anymore, but still little enough to appreciate a good snuggle!!
