    Thanks all for your comments. I hope some of you who've not done an obw will have a go at one - they are really interesting and enjoyable to put together.

    Charismah and DebraK - I agree with you, I've made several of these with Asian fabrics because those prints (and colours) lend themselves so well to it. I've got another Asian fabric for the next one awaiting.

    Renee765 - I found I had to concentrate very hard on the fmq in the border with all those lines - I felt quite giddy once or twice :lol:

    mpspeedy and Marsye - I very nearly didn't cut it up - its the first fabric I have had real problems lining up the repeats - whether it was because the design elements were spaced out so much I dont know - but it was a real pain. But I'm pretty determined :lol:

    Spectacular!!! I love the finished blocks. I don't have the eye to see what you did when you first picked out that fabric. I'm amazed at all the variations from that one print.
