Absolutely beautiful. What a wonderful gift. I love to get a gift that someone has made for me-and like others have said people sometimes won't give a quilter something they have made-but I love getting a gift someone makes. Your daughter did a beautiful job-enjoy!! I have had to stop putting my pretty placemats on the table-my old kittycat thinks they are little quilts made just for her. The kitchen table sits by a big window and she can watch the birds quite nicely from that spot. Talk about spoiled. I tried to break her of it several years ago-but she continued to claim it as her spot. Since it is usually just the 2 of us-she wins out.

Oh my they are beautiful. Love to receive handmade gifts, but like the others have said, seldom get them. I know you will enjoy them, especially since DD made them for you!!

How nice to get something homemade from your daughter. Mine hasn't taken the sewing bug. Maybe someday. It's very pretty.
