    What a testament to "just do it." It looks great. Came out as it was meant to and you have a great story to tell. I especially like the way you quilted the butterflies. Good ideas.

    Upon eating at a chinese restuarant , i got a fortune cookie that said never judge a work of art by it's mistakes. Boy oh boy, was that the right cookie for me.

    Looks beautiful to me! My Amish quilt gave me lots of trouble, I named it "the Amish from Afar", stating nobody can look at it closely. But I get compliments all the time. Only we as quilters KNOW!! Tee Hee

    I looked and looked and didn't see anything wrong. It just turned out different than you wanted it to. The butterflies are so pretty. Cheers to you - and handquilting, too.
