I had a jelly roll with various sort of batik fabrics in 3 colours, half are blue, a quarter are pink and a quarter are green. I chose a pattern, and made a start. Now I'm failing to chose a final layout between these two (apologies for the rough layout - the white bedsheet wont show through the gaps on the final!). I reckon asking my other half would get a "whats the difference?", so I was hoping to get a few opinions from people on here...

    Many thanks
    Sarah

That's a tough one. I like number one because it has movement down the center and I like the second because it is more symmetrical. (I'm going by the pink) Either way will be pretty  sorry that was NO help at all.

I like them both, but i am leaning toward the second one because my eyes were drawn to it first. I am guessing this is because the center is an X so if draws you in to the center, whereas the first one is a diamond shape.

I vote for the second one it looks more symetrical.
