I absolutely love it! Love the fabric choices and the colours too! If it were my baby you were a making this quilt for, I would be more than pleased with it. It is gorgeous!

I think that there has been a lot of tradition in making quilts right for the occasions and sometimes, breaking out of the box is refreshing. I guess the thing to consider is that we all have varied tastes in colours. Personally, I love it!

PS. Not sure why it is but for some reason, this quilt reminds me of gypsies, dancing about camp fires etc… and I am not a gypsy or travelling person! lol

I agree with Vicki W. It is a fine quilt, but might have been even better with more value contrast between the triangles.

I think it will be loved. I personally try to make quilts for babies and children in colors and sizes that will grow with them. This is one of those quilts!! I think it will be treasured for a very long time
