    I like it both ways. Like some said maybe try alternating one with and one without and see.

    Love the colors. I like the flower and think it should be smaller and maybe alternate baskets-one with flower, one without.

    However, I like them better w/o the applique. It's really cute though :)

    I love the flowers in the basket just the way you have placed them. I feel a basket should have something beautiful in it. I would vary the flower colors in each basket to give the eye interest. Go with your first instinct. Your blocks are beautiful.

    It looks too crowded in my opinion. I realy like the flowers. Can you applique a border with vines and the flowers for the quilt? Also maybe solid or batik flowers picking up on the colors in the print would look better then more print?

    Personally I like the flower. What about having the flower/leaf flow over the edge of the basket a little, so it looks like it's attached and not floating?

    Your piecing is PERFECT! Please post the final project!
