    I agree that the red blends in with the braid and doesn't act as a separator. The blue looks better.

    do you mean the blue and brown blocks? They're the signature blocks.....after those I will add the binding.
    Oh, well, yeah I did mean those. I didn't realize they were going to be signature blocks in this quilt :) Sorry!!!

    okay been doing a bit of playing around and will be posting a new pic soon. The signature blocks are changing as I agree they are too busy. I have some green that goes with this that I think if I do the sig blocks and the outer cornerstone blocks out of it will bring it all together. Thanks ya'll!

    I would finish the main picture first to see if it goes with your borders. The two borders don't give my eyes a place to rest.
    I like the red as it gives the main body a transition. Would you consider using black?

    I like the blue inner border. The double pieced border may take away from the center of the quilt. Please post when you decide and complete. Thanks
