    the "triangles" are the solid dark brown fabric that i used to square off the illusion.

    yes DH has seen the quilt.

    i hate squaring anything over 12.5 inches so i make him square everything larger than that.

    i give him the projects and he gives it back to me with lines showing me were i'm off from square.

    this one was a real challenge for him because i only wanted 0.25 past the illusion points that way the binding landed right on the points.
