I decided to teach the GD's to sew this summer. To make something they would be proud of I am choosing their colors and trying to make designs they can sew. She is a Clemson fan and said as long as it was orange and white.
Since there are 6 of them 5 - 13 some have sewed with me before some have not. This one has not so we using the seam guide and the sew large blocks and cut in 4 to make these. This is working on it over 3 days not finished but she did a lot of it. I cut and starched before she came and sewed the sashing and borders for her. We were having tension and bobbin falling out issues. Nothing like a taste of things going wrong when you are under a time frame.
It is backed with fleece no batting.
I had showed her some on this board and she couldn't wait to get her's on here.
