    Great use of scraps! I am not a fan of the 'scrappy look, but this is a 'controlled scrappy' and it is very nice! I am going to use my scraps in a similar design, with plaid flannel backing as car quilts. I have lots of scraps and flannel backing - oh my, another project added to my ever growing list.

    It's a beautiful quilt and I love your layout. Thanks for the idea of the smaller squares. I have quite a bit of oriental fabrics, but they aren't really my thing anymore. Cutting them up into small pieces like that would be a great way for me to use them.

    Beautiful quilt! I'm always amazed at the quilts you creative people come up with from your scraps! I use mine for applique, but wish I was creative enough to design a quilt with them.
