    I think I would do a 2" border of the brown swirl, a 1" of the white, and then the outer boarder of that beautiful darker blue. Georgeous quilt, no matter how you border it.

    I did a bargello and added a solid strip for a border than continiued the design into the border dupilacting the colors and width as they appear in the outer perimeter. I did not have enough for one of the borders , but I went with what I had.
    I figured a picture is better than trying to write it. Hope this helps.
    Great quilt ...love the colors .
