well a bit longer than I had first thought it would take :) Was making a cot sized one as her mummy was planning on having her in her cot for a while longer (joined our family at aged 10 months! - so no chance to make a real little baby cot one ) - but mummy decided a single bed would be far more usefull :) -so guess it was about a week or so - few hours a day/nite. Pattern instructions had each of the blocks sewn to a 'shrink 30% fabric' backing of which you stitched and then placed a hot steam iron above to reduce it in size - looked lovely but gee it was stiff! So made a framed wall picture out of the first three blocks I made - could not waste them! Gorgeous tho - will post a pic when Ambah's mummy sends me one thru - forgot to take a pic of that! Great product for bags, wallhangings etc and a lot of fun - but waaaaaaay too stiff for quilts! Got a lot left over :( so lots of little items to make it seems!
